Brad Pitt followed this diet plan for his roles in Fight Club, Troy, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Breakfast

Almonds, bananas, eggs, oatmeal, and maybe a protein shake.

Mid-morning Snack

Quasi-tuna sandwich with canned tuna on whole wheat pita bread.

Lunch

Brown rice or pasta, green veggies, two chicken breasts, raw seeds, and salad.

Afternoon Snack

A banana and either a protein bar or a whey protein drink.

Post-workout Snack

Some fruit and Whey protein shake.

Dinner

Brown rice or pasta, more lean chicken or grilled fish, green veggies, and salad.

Evening Snack

Low-fat cottage cheese or a casein protein smoothie Cottage cheese and casein are both slow-release proteins.
